Job Description
Project Coordinator supporting nuclear energy projects at GE Vernova, acting as a key link between project managers, engineering, field services, outage teams, procurement, and customers. The role supports planning, scheduling, execution readiness, outage coordination, documentation, and reporting in a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Turbine & Generator experience is strongly preferred, especially for outage and maintenance‑driven work.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination / project controls / scheduling within nuclear, power generation, or other regulated industries
• Strong experience with Primavera P6
○ Managing complex schedules (1,500+ activities)
○ Planning, tracking, reporting, WBS, resource loading, cost & risk awareness
• Ability to connect schedule logic to field execution, identify risks, and support recovery actions
• Experience supporting outages, maintenance, or field execution activities
• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Canadian Nuclear Security Clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Turbine & Generator experience (maintenance, outages, upgrades, commissioning)
• Tools: Power BI, SAP, MS Project, Excel
• Earned value, cost tracking, or risk management exposure
• Nuclear QA / documentation control experience
