Environmental Services Attendant

The Environmental Services Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional facilities across an oil field operation in Coalinga, CA. This position supports three nearby site locations, requiring travel between buildings using company vehicles. Daily responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas, as well as performing high and low dusting, mopping, restocking supplies, and general housekeeping duties. New hires will receive hands-on training and work closely with the site supervisor and team members as part of a short-term employee program. This is a day shift position working 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute breaks, and no overtime is expected.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive between multiple site locations in Coalinga, CA
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or environmental services experience
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including Ford F-150 and Ford Transit Connect
• Ability to perform routine cleaning duties, including mopping, scrubbing toilets, dusting, restocking, and waste removal
• Comfortable working in an oil field environment and traveling between three site locations
• Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace regulations
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and communication skills
Ability to walk facilities throughout the day and perform physical cleaning tasks

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
• Positive, open-minded attitude and willingness to support a small team
