Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate DevOps Engineer to support platform engineering initiatives and modernization efforts across our enterprise environment. This role will focus on CI/CD pipeline development, platform migration (UrbanCode Deploy → Octopus), and cross-functional delivery, with some exposure to mainframe-integrated systems.

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Release Engineering
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as:
○ Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Exposure to or experience with:
○ UrbanCode Deploy (UCD) or similar legacy deployment tools
• Strong understanding of:
○ Build and release pipelines
○ Environment management and deployment strategies
• Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Exposure to mainframe environments (z/OS, COBOL applications, batch processing)
• Experience working in hybrid environments integrating mainframe and distributed systems
• Familiarity with:
○ API integrations and service-based architectures
○ Cloud platforms hybrid - AWS, Azure
• Understanding of enterprise change management and release processes
