Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a PM/Vendor Coordinator to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients 5x/week onsite in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Facilities Compliance Team which deals with the documentation and certification of technical adjustments made by external vendors brought onsite within the cleanrooms. They will be managing complex project tracking, escorting vendors onsite throughout the cleanrooms, reviewing work instructions and ensuring vendor certification process are running smoothly. In between escorts they will be expected to work on some program-based projects utilizing Microsoft applications within BMRAM. The team is looking for someone with excellent communication and soft skills who is teachable and has a high willingness to learn. They will be working in a highly regulated environment so experience with SOPs and GMPs are necessary, gowning experience is preferred.
