Job Description
The ERP Project Manager will oversee multiple ERP integration projects associated with acquisitions, ensuring successful migration, implementation, and go-live execution. This individual will manage 2-3 ERP integrations simultaneously while coordinating business and IT stakeholders, tracking project milestones, resolving risks, and ensuring data migration activities are completed successfully. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, organized, capable of driving cross-functional teams, and has successfully delivered multiple ERP integrations through the full project lifecycle.
Job Duties:
· Manage 2-3 ERP integration projects simultaneously across various acquisition initiatives.
· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and go-live schedules.
· Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.
· Communicate project status, delays, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership teams.
· Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, validate, and prepare data for migration activities.
· Lead planning and execution of mock data loads and production data migrations.
· Facilitate meetings across functional teams to ensure project tasks remain on schedule.
· Guide functional teams through ERP implementation checkpoints and go-live readiness activities.
· Monitor project budgets, forecasts, risks, quality metrics, and overall project health.
Manage stakeholder expectations and influence teams without direct reporting authority.

Required Skills & Experience
· 7-15+ years of Project Management experience.
· Experience managing ERP implementations and integrations.
· Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations.
· Successfully completed at least 3 full-lifecycle ERP integrations.
· Strong data migration experience, including extraction, validation, testing, and production loads.
· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
· Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience identifying risks, resolving issues, and managing project timelines.
· Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
Preferred Skillset:
· 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
· Experience utilizing PMI methodologies.
· Experience managing SDLC projects utilizing iterative methodologies.
· Strong budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and reporting experience.
· Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
8+ years of Oracle EBS experience.
