Disclosure Desktop Analyst I

Insight Global is looking for disclosure desktop analyst 1 to join the team. The Disclosure Desk Analyst ensures that mortgage and equity disclosure packages adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements, as well as investor and agency disclosure standards. This role involves a meticulous review of mortgage and equity files to verify accuracy and completeness. The analyst is responsible for monitoring the disclosure desk dashboards and inbox for incoming review requests, and for the preparation and delivery of initial disclosure packages and re-disclosures to borrowers. The pay rate for this position is $24-25hr depending on years of experience.

Must have an excellent knowledge of Regulation Z (RESPA)/Know Before You Owe and TILA. Excellent knowledge of mortgage documentation, mortgage banking regulations.
