Insight Global is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join the Business Management team supporting the B2B portfolio for one of the 5 big banks.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of business activities, including large-scale data analysis, financial and resource reporting, and executive-level deliverables.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate independently, take initiative, and proactively identify insights, risks, and discrepancies. You are comfortable working with large datasets, connecting the dots across multiple data sources, and translating findings into clear, actionable outputs for leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-3 yrs experience in similar role
• Strong Analytical, Numerical ,& Problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint and Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly present findings
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to broader business context
• Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes
- Bachelors in Management/Business/ Business Analytics/Commerce
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with MIS reporting and reporting/analytics automation
• Exposure to banking or financial services industry
• Experience supporting financial, workforce, or business management reporting
• Background in process improvement or reporting optimization
