Job Description

Creating and analysing Excel reports.

Surfacing optimization opportunities and conducting customer account analyses per sales guidance.

Provide reporting and managing account administration tasks.

Act as a key point of contact between teams, ensuring escalations are managed efficiently by gathering necessary details, assessing business impact, and coordinating with partner teams for prompt resolution.

Utilize a ticketing system to track requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to complete tasks accurately and on time.

Follow established processes and guidelines to maintain compliance and consistency.

Review account health and proactively recommend search optimization strategies through scaled opportunities.

Coordinate with team members to manage daily workloads and schedules effectively.

Contribute to process and tool innovation, driving greater team efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay informed about new product releases and reporting functionalities to enhance deliverables.

Leverage AI tools to identify trends, generate recommendations, and support data analysis that informs reporting, optimizations, and stakeholder decision-making.
