Job Description
A leading hospital system sitting in New York City is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner to join their Digital Solutions umbrella. This person will be supporting the Patient Engagement team to assist with projects that will directly impact patients. Some of the main projects include Patient Follow up (next steps post appointments) and adding in an AI Chat Bot to help patients navigate the mobile app and websites. The role will consist of writing user stories, running stand ups and removing blockers for the team. The goal is to provide new and innovative native mobile and mobile-responsive web solutions that will support hospital and corporate staff in providing world-class healthcare.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Product Development Or Business Analysis experience in enterprise environment (Product opening and a Business Analyst opening)
- Experience working with technical teams (engineers, developers, architects) and has the ability to assist in overcoming roadblocks
- Strong understanding of Agile processes (including: creating user stories, participating/facilitating scrum 'ceremonies', Kanban etc. )
- Great communication/Ability to interact with dev teams, stakeholders, third party vendors, and researchers
