Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a Project Manager to lead data governance strategy and data migration efforts as part of a large-scale ERP transformation. This role will support the migration of enterprise data into SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity, governance, and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders. This individual will partner closely with data architects, migration teams, and business leaders to establish governance frameworks, drive clean data practices, and ensure successful execution of multiple data migration cycles. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to Harrisburg, PA as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on data governance and data migration
- Proven experience leading data governance initiatives within large-scale implementations
- Hands-on experience with data migration efforts, including data validation, cleansing, and cycle-based loading
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and models
- Ability to effectively communicate data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive direction, influence stakeholders, and guide teams toward data best practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA preferred migrations preferred (CRM, Salesforce, or similar enterprise data platform migrations are also plusses)
