Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Managing Director – Integration Lead. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the day-to-day planning, execution, and management of the integration of new teams and capabilities into the company. This individual will serve as the architect of integration efforts arising from acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships ensuring that new groups are integrated smoothly, efficiently, and in a manner consistent with the firm's culture, operating model, and strategic priorities. The role requires a hands-on leader who can translate transformation strategy into structured execution plans, coordinate across business units and corporate functions, and drive integration workstreams.

This role owns end-to-end integration execution — turning the firm's transformation and growth strategy into a repeatable, well-governed integration capability.

Integration Leadership & Execution
- Lead the day-to-day management of integration efforts for new groups, teams, products, and capabilities joining the company, including acquisitions, lift-outs, joint ventures, and newly launched internal capabilities.
- Develop and own detailed integration plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics for each integration, ensuring clear accountability across workstreams.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the incoming group/capability and internal CA stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve integration risks and issues in real time, keeping executive sponsors informed of status, dependencies, and decisions needed.
- Drive post-integration follow-through, ensuring new capabilities are fully operational, adopted, and measured against original business case objectives.
