Job Description
Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
Perform deep-dive analytics related to digital sales performance and customer journeys.
Support Business Banking (BBX) analytics and reporting initiatives.
Utilize SAS and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Partner with business groups to understand reporting requirements and prioritize analytical initiatives.
Support data curation efforts related to newly launched products and acquired portfolios.
Convert business questions into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong experience with SQL, SAS, and Power BI.
Proven background in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and business acumen.
Ability to work independently and quickly ramp up in a fast-paced environment.
Experience balancing hands-on technical work with stakeholder engagement.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Banking or Financial Services experience.
Understanding of banking products and customer journeys.
Experience supporting:
Deposit accounts
Lending products
Mortgages
Digital banking platforms
Exposure to Digital Sales Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
