Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 2 Project Managers/Coordinators to join one of our largest financial clients in Chandler, AZ. This manager works closely with assigned Engineers, Program and Project Managers and other support and service providers. The manager focuses and forecasts the delivery track of multi-phase work against change and release calendar(s). They needs to understand the technical implementation/change processes, supports the Implementation Engineer throughout implementation (pre-during-post) and the full change management process.
The technology areas of concentration include Branch/Financial Center End User networks and Building Networking solutions including Wireless LAN, Structured Cabling and Cable Systems and Pathways. Public and private transport systems, WAN, Optical systems and emerging technologies such as Switched-Ethernet, LTE, (etc.), SDWAN, Cloud and Virtualized services. The role requires a strong working knowledge of networking across operations, architecture, engineering, product/service management, and business functions. They must prioritize quality delivery, timeliness, cost-efficiency, and clear communication, while understanding the broader business impact. Effective time and task management across defined project phases is critical.
This position sits within a global solutions and service delivery organization and works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience supporting network project/programs
- Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures
- Service Now experience for Change Management
- Experience with Jira
- Strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external SLTs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Technical Networking Knowledge
- Financial services experience (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking)
- Certifications in PMP, ITIL, Agile Methodology are strongly preferred
