Job Description

We are seeking a Document Validation Specialist to participate in the execution of an effective quality assurance project to ensure that the operational components of the Print Vendor program and services meet client requirements and government regulations. This person must have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, and follow work rules and procedures. They will keep management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality control activities and actions being taken to improve the situation. And they will ensure that deliverables are on time and meet the expected quality levels.

Required Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word features including document merging and comparison tools.
- 1 year of previous experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance projects
- Ability to review high volume of documentation and files daily.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Also capable of coordinating activities as work product arrival rates vary from both the clients and the vendor.
- Experience in role that demands basic computer skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working across multiple off the shelf applications as well as in proprietary systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in the Healthcare/PBM industry.
