Job Description
A client is looking for an Oracle HCM Product Owner who has technical experience supporting the tool while managing scrum practices. This PO will join a Global Payroll project and lead activities for the Oracle HCM product from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. This PO will serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the tool will move from production. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. They will support a 10-person scrum team that is customizing and building their Oracle HCM application internally. The main HCM models this team will support will include - Payroll, Absence, Back of house integrations and Time Labor.

Required Skills & Experience
- Deep technical expertise supporting Oracle HCM
- 5+ years as a functional Product Owner leading scrum teams
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of compliance protocols
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with the following Oracle HCM Models (Payroll, Absence, Back of house integrations and Time Labor)
- Resource able to sit near Gurgaon, India (near company's India HQ)
