Job Description
In this role, you will support both sample management and operational functions in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include receiving and unpacking incoming sample shipments, sorting and organizing samples, and delivering products to the appropriate departments and merchants. You will also assist with preparing and packing merchandise for sample sales, printing and distributing store packets, creating and distributing signage, and labeling store mail as needed. The position requires frequent communication with internal teams using Microsoft Outlook and Teams to coordinate sample deliveries and locations. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while performing regular physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting materials throughout the day.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience in a warehouse, retail, receiving, logistics, or operational support environment
Experience receiving, sorting, unpacking, and/or packing shipments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. consistently throughout the day
Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Alameda
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous sample management or inventory management experience
Experience supporting merchandising, retail operations, or product teams
Experience preparing products for sample sales or store events
Experience with mail distribution, signage creation, or administrative operational support
Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced seasonal environments
