Job Description

This person will manage onboarding and training activities for new hires within the Supply Planning organization, ensuring employees are assigned the correct training, complete required coursework on time, and receive appropriate system access. They will track training compliance, maintain training records and reporting, support audit readiness, and administer learning assignments within Veeva (LMS). As the program matures, the role will also support training projects by converting business process documentation into training content, improving training processes, and helping drive continuous learning initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience administering an LMS and directly assigning training curriculums, learner roles, learning paths, or training requirements to employees.
Experience coordinating onboarding training for new hires, including tracking completion, escalating overdue training, and ensuring employees meet required milestones.
Advanced Excel proficiency – able to perform advanced functions like creating pivot tables, Vlookups, and tracker/report creation
Experience using Veeva, SuccessFactors, Compliance Wire, or a similar LMS platform

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SharePoint experience, including managing libraries, forms, documentation repositories, and team sites.
Experience supporting training programs within a Supply Chain organization
