Job Description
Insight Global is seeking IT Support Technicians to support facility expansion and go-live initiatives for a large healthcare client. These resources will assist with device imaging, hardware deployment, technology readiness activities, end-user support, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth implementation experience. The ideal candidates will have foundational IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

-6 months+ IT support, desktop support, or field services experience
-experience with imaging and deployment and TDR testing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-healthcare IT experience
-experience with ServiceNow
