Job Description
We are looking for an EHS Supervisor for a global automotive manufacturing company in Winchester, TN. This role will lead environmental compliance efforts while supporting safety initiatives for a manufacturing facility supporting approximately 170 employees.
Job Logistics
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Location: Winchester, TN
• Travel: None identified
• Direct Placement
• Work Model: 100% Onsite
Day to Day
• Lead environmental compliance efforts
• Support facility safety initiatives
• Conduct environmental reporting
• Coordinate audits and inspections
• Perform routine plant walks
• Maintain compliance documentation
• Support OSHA training and programs
• Work with supervisors and leadership on compliance initiatives
Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
