Will be overseeing 4-10 direct reports
Internal facing position. Taking care of product, product lines, and sales people trying to win deals
Program management/operational mindset. Someone that has an excel type of reporting mindset.
Managing all the products that sit on the shelves and seeing how we can optimize them

Required Skills & Experience
Project Line Management (PLM) Experience (proven track record of leading complex product portfolios)
15 years of experience minimum in product management, portfolio strategy, or business leadership, with significant exposure to RF technologies and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
Completed Bachelor's Degree
Must Come from a Connector Background (Examples: TE Connectivity, Amphenol, Molex, or Luxshare)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Completed MBA
Strong understanding of RF, Fiber Optic, and Surge protection technologies and their applications, preferred
