Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects from conception through completion. This individual will be responsible for coordinating go-to-market activities, developing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), soliciting pricing from subcontractors and vendors, and supporting procurement efforts throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking costs, evaluating vendor proposals, mitigating project risks, and ensuring successful project execution. Experience with project buyout activities, including subcontractor negotiations and contract awards, is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting Commercial and Industrial construction
- Experience leading go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience reviewing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and project documentation.
- Strong experience soliciting bids and obtaining pricing from subcontractors and vendors.
- Experience supporting procurement activities, including material sourcing, vendor management, and cost tracking.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience managing the buyout process, including subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
- Experience developing project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or Procore.
- PMP certification or other project management certification.
