Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Planner who is a fully qualified position in the Maintenance and Operations Planning and Scheduling team. Planners at this level demonstrate independence in their duties, handling a range of planning and scheduling tasks with minimal supervision. The role involves leading the development of comprehensive work plans, ensuring efficient scheduling, and analyzing operational data to drive continuous improvement within the Clearway O&M fleet. The Planner also plays a key role in optimizing processes, supporting junior planners, and contributing to the effective implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to independently coordinate multiple activities in a safe and efficient manner.
· Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to develop comprehensive outage schedules and maintenance plans.
· Strong understanding of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance practices.
· Full capability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
· Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or similar EAM systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in a related field (or relevant experience in operations/maintenance).
· At least five (5) years of experience in operations or maintenance activities.
· In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within renewable energy sectors.
· Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project/S/4 HANA), digital platforms (e.g. Mirata), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
· Familiarity with Utility-scale Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage operations.
