Job Description

The EU Business Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for documenting, mapping, and validating end-to-end recruiting business processes across all EU countries in scope. This role requires deep understanding of both system-based and non-system recruiting workflows within Workday Recruiting, and the ability to translate those processes into accurate design requirements for the Paradox and HiredScore implementations. The analyst will work closely with the Workday implementation team, country HR and TA stakeholders, and the global program team to ensure that country business process nuances, legal requirements, and operational realities are accurately captured and reflected in the system design.

This role will also serve as a EU training resource, supporting the delivery of end-user training across EU countries in alignment with Workday's Train-the-Trainer model.

Business Process Mapping & Documentation
• Document current-state and future-state end-to-end recruiting business processes for all EU countries in scope, including country-specific variations in hiring workflows, approval structures, and candidate management practices
• Map Paradox candidate experience workflows including conversational apply, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and stage and status movements specific to EU country configurations
• Map HiredScore workflows including AI candidate grading, Fetch recommendations, internal mobility processes, and hiring manager dashboard interactions as they apply to EU operations
• Document non-system recruiting processes within Workday Recruiting to ensure accuracy and completeness of the overall design, including processes that occur outside of automated workflows
• Identify and document country-specific process variations across Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, including differences in requisition types, approval chains, candidate statuses, and hiring manager involvement
• Maintain a comprehensive process inventory that serves as the source of truth for all EU design decisions throughout the implementation

Requirements & Design Support
• Participate in Workday-led design workshops and discovery sessions as the country business process voice for EU operations
• Review and validate the Business Requirements Document (BRD) for accuracy against documented EU business processes before sign-off
• Identify gaps between current EU recruiting processes and the capabilities of Paradox and HiredScore, and escalate findings to the program team for resolution
• Collaborate with Workday's implementation team to ensure EU-specific configuration decisions are grounded in documented process requirements
• Support the review and validation of integration requirements between Paradox, HiredScore, and Workday Recruiting for EU country configurations
• Ensure EU legal and regulatory considerations - including GDPR, EU AI Act, French labor law requirements, and Works Council notification obligations, are surfaced and factored into the design where applicable

Testing Support
• Develop and validate EU-specific test scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Participate in UAT for EU countries, validating that configured workflows accurately reflect documented business processes
• Document and track defects identified during testing that are specific to EU country processes and escalate appropriately
• Support re-testing of remediated defects for EU configurations

Training Delivery
• Participate in Workday's Train-the-Trainer sessions for Paradox and HiredScore
• Support the delivery of end-user training for recruiting teams in France and other EU countries in scope, delivering or co-delivering sessions in French for French-speaking users
• Assist in the development and translation (French) of locally relevant training materials and job aids that reflect EU-specific process documentation
• Serve as a country knowledge resource for EU recruiting teams during and after go-live
