Job Description

This is a Controls Engineering role focused on manufacturing throughput. You'll work with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs to ensure production data is being captured correctly across the plant. You'll modify existing PLC logic related to throughput tracking, troubleshoot data collection issues, support Digital Twin models, and analyze production performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years of experience programming and modifying Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs in a manufacturing environment
-Experience troubleshooting and adjusting existing PLC logic used for production data collection, throughput tracking, or manufacturing reporting
-Strong understanding of manufacturing throughput concepts, including bottlenecks, cycle time, takt time, downtime, and production flow
-Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to support manufacturing facilities and launch activities
