Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Asset Librarian for a leading consumer products client. This individual will support the organization's Digital Asset Management environment, with a primary focus on Bynder administration, metadata governance, and asset library remediation. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in operational environments, and enjoys creating structure within large content ecosystems. Responsibilities include performing bulk uploads, maintaining metadata accuracy, organizing catalogs and collections, fulfilling content requests, and supporting ongoing DAM governance initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a lean, collaborative team while gaining exposure to large-scale digital content operations and asset management best practices.
This job is hybrid, with 2 days onsite in the Stamford location.

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on Bynder experience as a daily/platform power user
○ Experience with:
§ Bulk uploads
§ Batch editing/versioning
§ Metadata management and governance
§ Collection/catalog administration
§ Boolean searching
§ Asset retrieval and DAM workflows
• DAM Operations, Asset Library Administration, Metadata Stewardship, Content Operations, or Creative Operations experience (can assume these if great Bynder experience)
• Strong Excel/CSV manipulation skills for metadata cleanup and validation
• Experience performing high-volume asset remediation and cleanup projects
• Knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with digital asset file formats:
○ JPG / PNG
○ PDF
○ AI / PSD
○ MP4 / MOV
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive work accurately
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and understand technical documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in e-commerce or digital content environments
• Experience with rights management metadata, including:
○ Usage rights
○ Talent rights
○ Expiration dates
○ SKU/Product identifiers
• Experience with structured DAM imports and bulk DAM tooling
• Jira and/or Workfront experience
• Metadata validation, taxonomy management, and governance experience
• Early-career to mid-level professionals with strong Bynder expertise
