Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support a fast-paced sales organization. This individual will serve as a key partner to the Sales Manager and a team of ~15 sales professionals, providing day-to-day operational, administrative, and reporting support. In this role, you will help keep the sales team organized and accountable by managing reporting, maintaining pipeline data, preparing presentations, and coordinating internal processes. You will regularly work in Excel to build and analyze reports (e.g., commit reports, sales funnel tracking), support sales meetings and follow-ups, and assist with onboarding, account coordination, and vendor/customer-related tasks. This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication, professionalism, and a “can-do” mindset to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Administrative, or similar role supporting a sales team
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and formulas)
Experience using Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to follow up effectively with internal teams
Professionalism and high attention to detail
Experience supporting sales teams and understanding basic sales processes (e.g., pipeline, sales funnel, reporting)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with sales reporting tools, Smartsheets, Power BI, or CRM systems
Exposure to sales analytics, commit reporting, and pipeline tracking
Experience coordinating sales meetings, presentations, or business reviews
Ability to analyze data and provide insights on sales performance trends
Experience assisting with onboarding new hires or coordinating internal processes
Comfortable working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve efficiency
