Job Description
This consultant will play a key role in the Kinaxis demand planning implementation by helping define and validate future-state planning processes within the system. They will support testing activities, validate forecast outputs against business expectations, and partner with project stakeholders throughout the design and deployment phases. The consultant will also develop SOPs, training documentation, and user training materials to support adoption of the new platform. Additionally, they will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure Kinaxis is configured and functioning as an effective demand planning solution.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong Kinaxis experience with deep knowledge of demand planning functionality.
Experience supporting demand planning transformations and Kinaxis implementations.
Experience performing data validation and understanding Kinaxis system architecture and data flows.
Ability to validate forecasting outputs and ensure system design aligns with business expectations.
Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
Knowledge of S&OP / IBP processes and their impacts during transformation initiatives
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SAP APO experience.
Experience creating training materials, process documentation, and SOPs.
Experience supporting planning change management and user adoption initiatives.
