Our team is undertaking a large-scale Workforce Management modernization initiative, migrating from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). We are seeking Configuration Analysts to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and long-term support of the platform.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Kronos or UKG configuration experience who wants to be part of a major enterprise transformation project. You will work closely with senior configuration leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to help build and maintain workforce management solutions across scheduling, timekeeping, accruals, labor management, and payroll-related processes.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Cloud)
Experience participating in a Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM migration
Knowledge of testing methodologies, UAT, and system validation
Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management teams
Experience working alongside implementation partners or consulting teams
Understanding of integrations between Workforce Management and HRIS/Payroll systems
