Insight Global is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) for a leading financial services client. This engineer will play a key role in developing next-generation mobile experiences supporting lending, credit card, and digital banking initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on mobile developer with deep React Native expertise and a passion for building high-quality, customer-facing mobile applications. This individual will help drive mobile architecture, improve development standards, integrate enterprise APIs, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience. The role offers the opportunity to work on strategic digital initiatives, collaborate across engineering organizations, and influence the future of mobile technology within a rapidly evolving platform.
Day-to-Day:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using React Native
• Build scalable, reusable mobile components and application frameworks
• Integrate mobile applications with enterprise APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineers to deliver new features
• Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, code reviews, and testing activities
• Optimize mobile application performance, reliability, and user experience
• Implement automated testing and maintain high code quality standards
• Support application deployments and production issue resolution
• Evaluate and prototype new technologies to improve development efficiency
• Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and engineering best practices
• Mentor other developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of mobile application development experience
• Strong React Native development experience
• Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience building and deploying consumer-facing mobile applications
• Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with mobile deployment strategies for iOS and/or Android
• Experience with Git version control
• Experience working within Agile development teams
• Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience writing unit tests and maintaining code quality standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
