Job Description
A financial services company in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with experience supporting Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) processes for a contract opportunity through the end of the year, with strong likelihood of extension. Local candidates who can be onsite 3+ days per week are highly preferred; remote candidates will be considered for highly qualified individuals.
This role is primarily a ServiceNow development position with a focus on building integrations, workflows, and automation that support the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with change detection tools such as Tripwire and understand how to translate those signals into actionable workflows and governance within ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and enhance the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program to improve visibility, governance, and remediation of unauthorized changes
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions to ingest, normalize, and correlate data from multiple detection sources (e.g., Tripwire, ServiceNow, DB2/SAVER)
• Build and maintain automated reconciliation logic to align detected system changes with approved change records
• Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve unmatched or unauthorized changes (development + coordination, not primary analyst ownership)
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize change detection, reporting, and operational workflows
• Configure and manage ServiceNow integrations, including event ingestion, data mapping, workflows, and dashboards

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• ServiceNow integrations and data reconciliation across multiple systems/tools (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub)
• Strong understanding/exposure to unauthorized change detection tools, processes and governance
• exposure to Tripwire for file integrity monitoring (FIM) and Security configuration management (SCM)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Banking or finance industry background
• Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional; ServiceNow CIS certifications; CISA/CISM/CRISC.
