Job Description
• Manage assigned cases and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established procedures.
• Monitor I-9 compliance and work authorization reports to identify records requiring review or follow-up.
• Conduct audits of employee records and communicate with locations to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Accurately enter and maintain HR, I-9, and work authorization data within HR systems.
• Perform routine audits of HR records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and improve record keeping and data entry processes to enhance operational efficiency and maintain data integrity.
• Respond to and resolve escalated inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate on departmental initiatives and special projects to support operational and compliance objectives.
• Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
