Job Description
• Assist the Construction Engineers with all facets of project execution
• Assist with the administration of one or multiple construction projects as an owner representative
• Assist with identifying and resolving design and construction issues in the field.
• Take part in meetings with client and general contractor.
• Work directly with the client and contractor to meet the needs of the project.
• Communicate with the project team and client throughout the project.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs on a project.
• Present job progress and issues in meetings with the client.
• Prepare daily reports for each individual project.
• Review contractor submittals and respond to contractor inquiries, ensuring that contract specifications are met.
• Review contractor RFI’s and make recommendations to EOR
• Coordinate with others to obtain responses to requests for information and other submittals from contractors and keeps a log of such requests..
• Perform other engineering and construction management functions as assigned.
• Communicate regularly with PM, HDR field staff, and clients.
• Read, clearly understand and interpret plans and specifications
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 10 years of construction experience
• Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
• OR Master Electrician certification or Texas Journeyman
• MEP Experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
• Data Center experience
• PE license
