1 Data Focused (Snowflake Product Manager)
This Product Manager will partner with business stakeholders to define data-driven business capabilities and translate those needs into Snowflake data products and platform enhancements.
1 Salesforce Health Cloud Product Manager
These Product Managers will support the continued optimization and enhancement of the company's Salesforce Health Cloud environment.
Our healthcare client recently completed a major business and technology transformation, including the deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud and the implementation of a Snowflake Data Platform. As the organization moves into stabilization and continuous improvement, they require experienced Product Managers to help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The client currently has a backlog of approximately 500 enhancement and optimization requests and needs Product Managers who can gather requirements, drive prioritization efforts, and guide development teams through backlog grooming and sprint planning activities.
This is not a traditional Silicon Valley product strategy role. The ideal candidate must be highly business-focused and capable of translating operational challenges into clear technical requirements.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and enhancement requests.
Gather, document, and refine business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical development teams.
Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and prioritization activities.
Evaluate business impact, user impact, and strategic value of enhancement requests.
Develop recommendations for prioritization and roadmap planning.
Support sprint planning activities and represent business objectives to technical teams.
Work closely with executive stakeholders, including VP and SVP-level leaders.
Drive requirements through the entire development lifecycle from intake through deployment.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.

Required
5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Requirements Management experience
Strong experience supporting Salesforce Health Cloud
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
Experience managing enhancement backlogs and prioritization exercises
Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Snowflake Product Manager Requirements
Required
5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Product experience
Strong experience with Snowflake
Experience defining data requirements and data products
Ability to work with business stakeholders to identify key decisions driven by data
Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions
Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and reporting ecosystems
