Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Business Development Representative in Centennial, CO to support a growing marketing solutions organization. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a personal book of business, starting with a small number of clients and growing to 60+ active accounts over time. Responsibilities include generating pipeline through outbound calls, local networking, and in-person business development, setting appointments, and gradually progressing into closing deals. The role focuses on selling digital marketing and indoor advertising solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships and continuing to develop new business within the local market. This is a full-time role offering a $65-70k base salary plus uncapped commissions.

1+ year of sales experience with proven success
Ability to work independently and manage a personal book of business
Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and rejection
Reliable work ethic with long-term interest in growth

Experience building out a territory
Background selling marketing or advertising solutions
