Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Office Assistant for a leading technology and business services client. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily office operations while delivering exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and client stakeholders. The position combines front desk reception, office services, light shipping and receiving, pantry management, conference room support, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment where no two days are the same. Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of office assistant, receptionist, administrative support, or office services experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a professional office environment
Experience handling front desk responsibilities and greeting visitors
Comfortable with light shipping/receiving and mail distribution
Basic computer skills including email, data entry, and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift and move office/pantry supplies as needed
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in corporate office services environments
Mailroom, shipping/receiving, or facilities support experience
Conference room setup and event support experience
Experience stocking pantry supplies or managing office inventory
Copy/print center or office equipment maintenance experience
