Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Operations/ Financial Analyst to join a top five banking client in Montreal. This individual will be a part of the operations group supporting FX, Money Markets, investigations, settlements, and wealth-related FX processing within BMO Capital Markets.
The Operations Analyst will support and execute key operational processes to ensure the timely and accurate settlement of Security, Derivative, Foreign Exchange, and Money Market transactions executed globally. The role also ensures that all activity is accurately recorded in the bank’s books and records.

Required Skills & Experience
• Educational background in Operations, Accounting, or a related field, or experience in an operational role within an accounting environment
• Proficiency with Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Financial services experience, preferably within a banking environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Money Market operations
