Job Description
An Insight Global customer is looking to hire a Sr. HVAC Facilities Engineer for a new state of the art semiconductor facility in north Phoenix. This person will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of HVAC systems for a new high-tech factory. This includes cleanroom air systems, exhaust systems, solvent exhaust abatement, and office HVAC systems. The role ensures optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with cleanroom and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time opportunity with our customer, and you can plan to expect a compensation range of $130k to $150k. Exact compensation may vary depending on years of experience and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in HVAC engineering (design and operations), preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, exhaust systems, and their controls.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with chilled water systems, cooling towers, and cleanroom standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Professional Engineering License (PE) is a plus.
Experience in design, construction, commissioning, and start-up preferred.
