This role sits on the Social Listening and Rapid Response Team supporting our client’s brand ecosystem, focused on building and scaling AI-powered automation that transforms cultural and social data into actionable marketing insights. The position blends social listening expertise, data infrastructure, and applied AI to drive smarter, faster decision making.
This role is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving AI-driven social listening and automation workflows across our client’s brand ecosystem. Day-to-day, this individual will work directly within the data and tooling environment to operationalize insights, improve system efficiency, and ensure high-quality, scalable outputs. The role blends social listening expertise, data infrastructure, and applied AI—requiring someone who can both build and iterate quickly while translating complex data into meaningful, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in social listening and digital intelligence, with a strong understanding of how to translate conversation data into marketing insights
Hands-on experience working with large-scale data environments (e.g., BigQuery or similar & advanced knowledge of SQL to extract data & build automated pipelines)
Experience with Apps Script to automate process across Google Workspace tools, including sheets, Google Chat API & Drive
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Vertex AI, or comparable platforms) and applying them to real-world workflows
