Job Description
The Full Stack Developer Senior Manager will support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications that seamlessly integrate AI-driven components. This role requires strong technical proficiency across the full technology stack, contributing to the delivery of robust backend services, intuitive user interfaces, and secure, scalable solutions. You will work closely with CMO teams to build and enhance applications that enable market and sales activities.
In this capacity, you will guide the implementation of architectural best practices and ensure alignment with Pfizer Digital platforms and standards, partnering with more senior technical leaders to validate and uphold design direction.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, preferably in healthcare or AI-related projects.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (SQL, Python, Java).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare technology environments.
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI or ML solutions in production environments.
