Job Description

Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project / QA Manager for a leading technology-driven operations company. This individual will step into a high-visibility, hands-on role acting as both a Project Manager and QA Manager, overseeing ongoing development efforts and ensuring high-quality delivery. The candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and a small development team, managing requirements, sprint execution, and QA processes through Azure DevOps. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, “own the process” environment, supporting new feature development, client implementations, and overall system enhancements while working closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development team
• Gather and refine requirements, then convert into user stories and sprint tasks
• Manage 1-week sprint cycles + Kanban workflows in Azure DevOps
• Oversee a 4-person development team, ensuring progress and accountability
• Build and execute test plans to ensure quality for new features and releases
• Run Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and escalate appropriately
• Coordinate delivery of new features, enhancements, and client implementations
• Ensure releases meet QA standards before deployment
• Provide regular updates to IT leadership and CTO
