Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Infrastructure Service Management to lead enterprise infrastructure operations, governance, and modernization initiatives. This leader will be responsible for infrastructure strategy, service delivery, cybersecurity posture, vendor management, and operational performance across server, storage, backup/recovery, virtualization, Linux, endpoint engineering, and cloud-enabled environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Lead infrastructure governance, service ownership, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee managed service providers (MSPs), ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, security standards, and service expectations.
• Drive infrastructure modernization efforts, including automation, cloud integration, AIOps, and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, and business leaders to strengthen infrastructure security, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and risk management.
• Own infrastructure performance metrics, reporting, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity planning.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor contracts, and technology investments while driving cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor Infrastructure Service Owners responsible for Server, Storage, Backup & Recovery, Linux, and Desktop Engineering services.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of infrastructure leadership experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise infrastructure teams.
• Experience leading infrastructure operations in large, complex environments and managing MSP relationships.
• Proven success developing infrastructure roadmaps, governance programs, modernization initiatives, and cybersecurity remediation efforts.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets.
