Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial bank facility, including oversight of building engineers, a workplace coordinator, and all site activities. The Facilities Manager owns the full budget lifecycle, including CapEx and OpEx, with responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting, and maintaining accuracy within Yardi. They support in-house project delivery by coordinating bid packages, working with procurement, and presenting projects to stakeholders for approval. This individual also serves as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring expectations are managed, contract scope is upheld, and the facility and grounds are running effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of commercial facilities management experience
Team leadership experience managing engineers and site staff in a commercial environment
Financial management experience – putting together monthly reports, bid packages, etc.
Experience with Yardi or related financial management tools
Proficient in Excel and MS PowerPoint
Self-motivated with full ownership of site operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Presentation skills – experience reporting and communicating with senior leadership
Engineering background to support project oversight and execution
Certifications such as EPA, CFC, or similar
