Insight Global is seeking an Automation QA Analyst for one of our enterprise retail clients. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of customer-facing and internal applications through the development and execution of automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality engineering, experienced in test automation, and thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
-Strong experience developing automated tests using Java.
-Hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
-Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
-Experience building automated test frameworks using WebDriverIO.
Experience with TestNG and/or JUnit.
-Strong experience with API testing using REST Assured and Postman.
-Experience implementing BDD frameworks using Cucumber.
-Proven experience executing:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
API Testing
UI Testing
-Experience integrating automated testing into Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
-Experience with Git and source control best practices.
-Experience with build management tools such as Maven and/or Gradle.
-Experience working with Jira and ServiceNow.
-Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright.
-Exposure to Azure DevOps.
-Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube.
-Performance testing experience using JMeter.
-Exposure to LoadRunner.
-Experience using GitHub within an enterprise -development environment.
-Retail industry experience is considered an asset.
