Job Description
Develop and maintain AI/ML platform components within Databricks and related enterprise services.
Partner with the enterprise platform and infrastructure teams to ensure compute, storage, networking, data security, and access controls meet organizational and regulatory standards.
Implement best practice patterns for LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
Contribute to platform roadmaps, architectural decisions, and capacity planning.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of software engineering experience
-Strong background in Python and SQL
Experience with ML Ops and pipeline development
-Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
Experience with AI or machine learning systems
-Familiarity with CI/CD and production deployments
