Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities for a top aviation and air cargo client. This candidate will oversee facilities operations across a corporate office and warehouse environments, serving as the primary resource for workplace services, maintenance, vendor management, and employee support. The Erlanger location is particularly unique as Atlas Air is the sole tenant within the building and the site houses the company's Global Control Center, which operates 24/7. This role is ideal for a facilities professional who enjoys being hands-on, building vendor relationships, solving operational challenges, and ensuring critical facilities run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee daily operations of the Erlanger corporate office, warehouse located on the ramp, and CVG Stores warehouse housing aircraft parts
Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure buildings remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and workplace concerns
Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and corrective actions with vendors and contractors
Manage relationships with electricians, plumbers, food service providers, and other facility vendors
Evaluate vendor recommendations and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
Ensure employees have a comfortable and productive work environment by proactively addressing facility concerns such as leaks, maintenance issues, and office amenities
Oversee conference room operations, catering, workplace services, office supplies, shipping supplies, and mail operations
Review vendor invoices and verify services have been completed prior to approval
Maintain facility records and workplace databases
Support facility improvement projects and workplace initiatives
Provide occasional after-hours support for facility emergencies or operational issues

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma required
4+ years of facilities management experience
2+ years of vendor management experience
Experience coordinating facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and workplace services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience working directly with vendors, contractors, and property management
Ability to conduct facility inspections and proactively resolve facility issues
Ability to lift office supplies, including cases of paper
Dependable, hands-on approach to facilities management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
FMP (Facilities Management Professional) Certification
CFM (Certified Facility Manager) Certification
Experience with computerized building and maintenance management systems
People management or supervisory experience
Experience supporting multiple facilities or locations
Experience supporting 24/7 operational facilities
