Job Description
• Assist with installation of audiovisual equipment and infrastructure for commercial projects
• Pull cable, mount displays, install speakers, projectors, screens, and related AV hardware
• Support projects through multiple phases, including rough construction, finish work, and final commissioning
• Read and follow drawings, installation documentation, and direction from leads and engineers
• Work alongside experienced AV technicians and field engineers while learning the trade
• Travel to active project sites throughout the Phoenix market as needed
• Maintain a professional attitude, communicate effectively with customers and teammates, and contribute to a safe jobsite environment

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ months of hands-on experience in AV, low-voltage, electrical, structured cabling, security, telecommunications, or a related construction trade
• Experience using hand tools and working in commercial construction environments
• Ability to install, mount, and support hardware such as TVs, projectors, speakers, displays, or similar technology
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screening for airport access
• Comfortable working through all phases of a construction project, from rough-in to final installation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous audiovisual (AV) installation experience
• Experience installing TVs, projectors, ceiling speakers, pendant speakers, projection screens, or conference room technology
• Exposure to AV-over-IP, video transmission systems, transmitters/receivers, or control systems
• Experience supporting airports, data centers, corporate offices, education, healthcare, or large commercial projects
• CTS or other AV-related certifications
