Job Description
The SIOP Lead is responsible for driving alignment across Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver a single, integrated plan that supports revenue, profitability, and service objectives. This role owns the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and serves as a key partner to executive leadership—translating complex supply and demand dynamics into actionable business insights.
This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing a standardized SIOP playbook, leading executive-level discussions, and ensuring alignment between demand planning, inventory strategy, and financial targets. The ideal candidate brings strong demand planning expertise, a deep understanding of supply chain operations, and the ability to confidently present to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead the end-to-end monthly SIOP cycle, including Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive SIOP meetings
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and Planning teams
• Develop and implement a standardized SIOP playbook, governance model, and meeting cadence
• Present insights, risks, and recommendations to C-suite and executive VP stakeholders, driving decision-making and accountability
• Consolidate demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory positions, and capacity constraints into a unified planning view
• Partner closely with Sales to understand demand drivers, pipeline, and revenue opportunities
• Align supply chain plans with financial targets, including revenue forecasting, daily output, and margin considerations
• Identify risks related to inventory, backorders, and supply disruptions; develop mitigation strategies
• Drive scenario planning to support strategic and operational decisions
• Build and maintain SIOP dashboards and reporting tools to support executive visibility
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance demand planning accuracy and overall SIOP maturity ________________________________________

$120,000 to $135,000 - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Operations
• Strong background in Demand Planning (approximately 50% of role focus)
• Experience working across multiple supply chain functions (planning, operations, sourcing, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience aligning supply chain plans with financial outcomes (revenue, margin, output)
• Experience leading or supporting SIOP/S&OP processes
• Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and planning tools
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
• Experience building or maturing SIOP processes within an organization
• Background working in environments requiring close collaboration between Sales and Supply Chain
