Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Administrator to support a 6–9 month engagement focused on benefits administration and delivery. This role will play a key part in managing and optimizing benefit outsourcing operations through collaboration with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong experience in benefits program operations and delivery within an outsourced environment
Hands-on experience working with third-party benefits administration platforms, such as:
Workday Benefits
Willis Towers Watson (WTW) Benefit Connect
Alight Solutions

-Proven ability to manage relationships with outsourcing partners and navigate complex system environments

-Deep understanding of benefits administration processes, including enrollment, eligibility, and service delivery workflows

-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Prior experience supporting large-scale benefits outsourcing engagements
